Jimi stood at the base of the mountain and looked up at the side of the cliff. He caught the scent of stale animal blood. "Is this where you guys hunt?" He asked with a glance at Rose.

"Sure is. Unless it's sunny, then we go farther out where the humans usually don't go."

"Cool, how about we make a bet." Jimi pointed the top of the mountain. "I beat you up there and you let me take you on a date. And if I lose, well you choose."

Rose looked up the mountain then at Jimi. "Alright, you've got a bet."

"On the count of three then." Jimi grinned. "One, two, three." He waited for Rose to start before leaping on a rock and beginning to climb the cliff.

Rose ran as fast as she could trying to get to the mountain but Ben was faster than her.

Jimi got to the top only seconds before Rose did. "For some reason I feel like you let me win." He said smiling broadly.

Rose sighed. "No, I didn't. I'm not all that fast."

"You're much too modest. But I hope you're one for keeping bets because I do intend on taking you out."

Rose smirked and walked up to him. "Well, depends on where we'd go." She reached up like she was going to kiss him then pulled away.

Jimi leaned in slightly and cupped her cheek. "I'm thinking about it." He smiled, brushing his lips against her. Teasingly, he pulled away. "Anything exciting in these mountains?"

Rose pouted. "Not unless you like fighting animals. Other than that it's just good for walks and relaxing." She told him.

Rose shrugged. "It is kinda nice, just thinking about everything. Being alone is good too."

"I would hope so." Jimi laughed and leapt up on a rock. "I'm tired of being alone."

Rose smiled. She was actually having a good time, she'd never felt like this with anyone.

Jimi looked at Rose from up on the rock. He decided to try something. Jumping off the rock, he landed mere inches in front of her. "Don't kill me but I just want to see..." Jimi ran a hand through her hair and kissed her.

Rose was taken by surprised and just stood there for a second. Soon she came back to reality and wrapped her arms around his waist and kissed him back.

Rose hadn't rejected him, so Jimi took that as a good sign. He smiled ever so slightly and broke off the kiss. "I guess I was right."

"So if I were to take you out say..later tonight, the risk of me losing my head is higher?" Jimi smirked.
